Most of our programs generate license keys based on a device identifier.  This identifier is called a 'HotsyncID' on PalmOS devices and an 'Owner Name' on PocketPC devices.  Typically during the order process, the partner where you ordered our product would prompt you for the device identifier.  Sometimes this either does not happen, it is mis-typed, etc.

If you receive an error such as the one below after entering your license key, click the 'Help' button.

You will then see a series of numbers separated by dashes("-").  Please send an e-mail to support@wagware.com with these numbers and let us know your name, product purchased and e-mail address the order was placed from.  Using this information, we can create a license key that will work with your handheld.
