SOFTWARE REGISTRATION

I have lost my registration code, how can I have it re-sent? 

Please e-mail support@wagware.com and let us know your name, the product purchased and the e-mail address your order was placed under.  We will look up your order and re-send your license key.

I received my license key but it does not work, what do I do now?

PRODUCT ASSISTANCE

I am getting an error that states "note the error code and contact the developer of this application sys 0505."

I installed Heybaby to my handheld but I do not see any Baby names in the list, why?
